• HRDC TTT certification is preferred.
• Experience in training coordination or delivery is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs, schedules, logistics, and attendance.
• Maintain training records and prepare documents for audits.
• Support compliance with CAAM, HRDC, and MAGCS requirements.

Skills

Knowledge of aviation operations

Strong organisation and documentation skills

Good communication in English and BM

Education

Degree with 2 years’ aviation experience

Diploma with 3 years
