- Drive the sales journey from prospecting and presentations to negotiations, closing, and bespoke after-sales service
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, property agents, and brokers, acting as a brand ambassador of distinction
- Contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategies that reflect the exclusivity of our developments
- Support property launches, private viewings, and signature events that captivate and engage prospective buyers
- Conduct insightful market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to anticipate trends and identify opportunities in the property segment
- Prepare and present performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client journey, from first contact to handover
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, ensuring that every interaction reinforces the prestige of the Company’s brand
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–6 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the property sector
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a polished, client-centric approach
- A natural relationship builder with the gravitas to engage discerning buyers and stakeholders
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and resourceful in achieving ambitious sales targets
- Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced settings, with mobility to travel and support weekends, launches, and exclusive events
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage
