Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and university management systems.

Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.

Academic and Administrative Support
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of academic programmes (undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD).
  • Manage documentation and communication related to teaching schedules, course files, and examination matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of academic performance, research outputs, and staff training programmes.
  • Support accreditation exercises, programme reviews, and quality assurance documentation.
Staff and Student Liaison
  • Serve as a liaison between academic staff, students, and the university’s administrative offices.
  • Provide guidance and administrative assistance to students regarding academic procedures, internship placements, and other school matters.
  • Assist in onboarding new academic staff and facilitating internal communication.
Event and Project Coordination
  • Support academic and cultural events such as seminars, workshops, conferences, and student engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support for school-led initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics, publicity materials, and documentation for events and school projects.
Resource Management
  • Oversee inventory and office supply management.
  • Ensure compliance with university financial and administrative policies.
