The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, along with a diploma and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team for color matching, ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards, and managing team priorities. Flexible off days and a 5 and a half day work week are offered.
