Job description

Responsibilities

Coordinate the allocation of resources for the implementation of the project to provide clear guidance.

Supervise the implementation of document archiving management. To ensure the process output documents and data timeliness, accuracy and completeness.

Leads and organizes formal and informal problem-solving in areas of development process and process capacity.

Responsible for the development of new products in the early stage, feasibility analysis of products, risk reports and cost regulation.

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work execution plan;

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress;

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications;

Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field

Regularly liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and technology providers

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering - Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.

Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.

Fresh graduate courage to apply. Working experience from plastic molding injection industry will be add advantage.

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin, which will be essential for handling HQ and customers from China.

Recognized Engineering Diploma/Degree (Electronic/ Electrical/ Mechanical) or any other relevant Engineering discipline from a reputable local or foreign university;

Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in Project Management with at least 2 years executing Process Automation/Electrical/Mechanical projects;
