Job description

Process quality non-conformity handling, quality indicator improvement

Product process control to ensure product quality.

Comply with and communicate the company’s EHSMS, policies, EHS objective & planning, procedures, significant environmental aspects/hazards, EHS roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and authorities, obligations, legal and other requirements, and any relevant EHS issues.

Communicate Emergency Response Plan.

Report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and EHS incidents (including near misses)

Job Scope

• Process quality control and improvement, quality indicators improvement
• Implement the process inspection standards and final inspection standards of products, organize relevant workshop departments to carry out investigation and improvement for defects
• Promote the improvement of process quality indicators (first pass yield rate, A-grade rate)
• Implement and monitor routine calibration is compliant with documentation requirements
• Implement quality control plans, production line inspections, and monitor key points of production quality
• Responsible for the feedback and handling of abnormal problems in each process in the production line, organize relevant departments in the workshop to solve abnormal quality problems, ensure that the products meet the quality requirements;
• Implement specific work arrangement for inspections for half-finished products and finished products to ensure that the inbound products meet the quality requirements;
• Lead or promote quality improvement projects to continuously improve product quality.
• Internal and external quality problem management: (i) Identification of order quality standards and requirements of each customer, implementation of standard requirements and training;
• Quality monitoring during manufacturing process to ensure compliance with customer needs;
• Responsible for customer or headquarters related functional process audit and problem points, timely arrange on-site handling, organize improvement;
• Cooperate with customer product acceptance to ensure that the product passes the acceptance successfully;
• For customer complaints, internally organize root cause analysis and improvement timely, provide corresponding improvement reports.
