A manufacturing company in Negeri Sembilan seeks a QAQC Manager to lead the QAQC team, ensuring product quality through ISO 9001 standards and effective inspection processes. The role includes supervising technical staff, conducting inspections using a CMM, and addressing quality incidents. Ideal candidates will possess quality management skills, a strong background in CMM operation, and the ability to analyze quality data to drive improvement initiatives.
Lead the QAQC team in developing, maintaining, and improving quality of product at Incoming, Process and Outgoing.
To implement QAQC procedure based on the ISO 9001 and customer requirements and upkeep of related quality procedures.
To supervise and guide QC Technician and Inspectors on their daily task.
Operate the CMM, carry out dimensional inspections of components based on programmed routines, and ensure components comply with set quality standards and tolerances.
Detect and address challenges related to CMM programming, equipment operation, and measurement precision. Oversee the routine upkeep and calibration of the CMM.
Keep a systematic record of CMM programs, measurement routines, inspection reports, and calibration logs. Make sure documentation remains current and easily retrievable.
Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.
Review and propose quality measures and processes to eliminate all quality incidents which directly affect the product quality of the assigned models.
Analyse all quality information periodically and drive all Quality Improvement Activities.
Provide technical assistance and ensuring a high competency level is maintained in quality.
Ensure adequate actions taken to prevent occurrence of any non-conformities relating quality.
Ensuring the effectiveness of quality & environmental management systems.
Responsible for handle customers’ complaints, co-work with different department to solve customers’ problems, and recommendations for improvement, and promote improved implementation.
Compile daily, weekly, monthly quality performance report and presents for top management.
Deal with supplier for any non-conformance part and follow up the 8D report send to supplier.
