Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Technical Coordination: Interpret construction drawings and resolve technical/site issues with consultants, subcontractors, and the internal team. Prepare and maintain technical documentation (method statements, site reports, test reports).
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and coordinate with consultants/authorities for joint inspections.
• Project Execution Support: Assist in work scheduling and resource planning. Monitor progress and report on daily, weekly, and monthly work status.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is executed in line with the company’s safety policies and local regulations. Participate in toolbox meetings and promote safety awareness on site.
• Material & Resource Management: Coordinate delivery and storage of materials. Ensure proper material usage and prevent wastage. Act as a liaison between consultants, contractors, suppliers, and the internal team. Attend coordination meetings and prepare site memos or instructions when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role in the construction/engineering industry.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in Autocad.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of how to read and interpret construction drawings including architectural, structural drawings as well as bar bending schedules.
• Knowledge of basic construction process standard procedures for surveying/setting out, RC works, wetworks, plastering, painting etc.
• Hunger and desire to learn new things and not afraid to get your hands dirty by being involved in site works.
