Job summary

A food industry company in Simpang Ampat is seeking an R&D / Quality Assurance Executive. R&D / Quality Assurance Executive

Basic Function: Overview the QA/QC/R&D New Product Development, handle customer complaint.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to establish and maintain quality systems and procedures.
  • Oversee the quality functions including incoming, in-process, outgoing and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle R&D projects in terms of materials sourcing, recipe development and product specification set up.
  • Lead the new project team.
  • Involve in idea contribution for packaging, product and artwork concepts.
  • Laboratory management.
  • Maintain GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001 quality systems.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years working experience in food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001.
  • Exposure in R&D.
  • Well versed in quality and technical parameters of food and beverages.
  • Cheerful disposition with a very positive working attitude.
  • Resourceful and have leadership qualities.
  • Innovative and very initiated in work development.
  • Hard working and willing to work long hours when required.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is a must.
