A leading paper manufacturing company in Klang, Selangor is looking for a QC Technician. In this full-time position, you will ensure that products meet quality standards through daily inspections and testing. Candidates should hold at least an SPM/Diploma and have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role provides opportunities for career growth within a dynamic organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control role.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Computer literacy is essential.
Responsabilités
- Monitor daily QC testing/inspection.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and GMP during handling.
- Check quality of raw, in-process, and finished products.
- Update inspection data and maintain records.
- Control product rejections and suggest improvements.

We are seeking a skilled QC Technician to join our team at INDAH PAPER INDUSTRIES SDN BHD in Klang, Selangor. As a QC Technician, you will be responsible to ensures that products and processes meet established quality standards before they reach customers. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic organisation.
- Monitor & conduct daily in‑line QC testing/inspection
- Ensure production personnel’s adherence to a code of hygiene and GMP during product handling
- Check & ensure the quality of raw material, in‑process product & finished goods are in accordance with the QA / QC procedures
- Ensure all inspection data are updated and inspection check sheets are filled up, verified and filed accordingly
- Keep track on changes of product sample and collecting of limit samples
- Control line rejection and find ways to improve product quality
- Prepare appropriate reports related to the quality in a timely manner
- Assist in premise and equipment hygiene and cleanliness inspection
- Assist in monitoring pest control inspection
- Other assignments given by QA Manager
- At least SPM/Diploma holder or with minimum 2 years of experience
- Ability to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)
- Self‑motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible and able to work independently
