Responsibilities

  • Conduct glove sampling, inspections, and testing as per documented procedures.
  • Record inspection results in specified forms legibly and completely.
  • Report poor quality or defective gloves to supervisors.
  • Perform inspections for quality compliance as required by departments.
  • Operate testing machinery when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Follow GMP standards and procedures.
  • Assume other responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

QA OPERATOR
Function & Primary Responsibilities
  • To carry out glove sampling, inspection and test required for in process glove product as per documented procedures.
  • To record inspection result in the specified form legibly and completely.
  • To report the poor quality/defective gloves to QA supervisor/leaders.
  • To perform inspection for second grade, water test and scrap gloves for QA, Production and Packing department.
  • To operate tumbling machine for water test gloves produced from the production line when required.
  • To carry out cleaning for the work area and watertight test machine.
  • To follow GMP standards and procedures (5S, workstation housekeeping & cleanliness).
  • Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior.

Education
