Key Responsibilities:

1. Automation Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks. Write reusable, maintainable, and efficient automated test scripts.
2. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing using automation tools. Identify, record, document, and track bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve them. Ensure comprehensive test coverage of all system components.
3. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and define testing strategies. Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports. Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks.
4. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in QA automation tools and techniques. Optimize and enhance the existing automation processes and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.

• Proficiency in scripting languages like Java, Python, or C#.

• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
