Site Surveyor cum Supervisor (Construction)

With 30 years of experience as a Main Contractor in Building Construction, we aspire in improving and enhancing our TEAM in growing with the Company.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated team player to join us.

Scope of Work

Prepare survey as built drawings, record survey data, construction setting out, levelling.

Liaise, coordinate and monitor among contractors to ensure accuracy of property boundaries, survey data, measurement and calculation.

Collaborate with consultants and project team to integrate survey data into project designs and plans.

Handle rectification works, monitor and plan with Superior on site problems.

Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.

Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports on site conditions, progress, and any issues encountered.

Ensure adherence to construction schedules and resolve any delays or disruptions.
