To assist in preparing, drafting, reviewing, and finalising agreements, including sale and purchase of property agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documents.

Prepare, draft, review, and finalise financing documentation for the disbursement of financing facilities.

Perform other ancillary conveyancing works and any additional legal tasks assigned by the firm from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferably candidates with experience in Developer Sales, Sub-Sale Matters, Tenancy, Discharge of Charge, Perfection of Transfer/Charge, etc.

Candidates without experience may apply if they possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

One (1) year of experience in any field is encouraged to apply.
