ESYS CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD' is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Admin & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bukit Rambai Melaka. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports and maintaining customer databases
Pursue sales leads for sales opportunity, attend to phone inquiries and walk-in customers, and act proactively to source for new prospects to achieve the sales target.
To support all sales and marketing activities and events whenever required by the company
Manage differential sum collections, loan applications, vacant possession processes, and ensure proper documentation with legal compliance.
Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and bankers to facilitate the smooth execution of SPAs, loan agreements, and other related documentation.
Coordinate with financiers on end-financing matters, loan disbursements, progress payments, and manage agent-related activities such as bookings and commission tracking.
Monitor collections, resolve debtor issues, and take necessary actions such as issuing reminders or termination notices; maintain accurate records in report.
Prepare necessary sales report and SPA status report to the Management.
Undertake and execute any ad-hoc tasks as & when required.
What we're looking for
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or marketing support role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, clients and colleagues effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proactive, self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities
