Responsibilities
  • Tenant Acquisition: Source and secure new tenants that align with the mall's brand and target demographic.
  • Lease Management: Oversee all aspects of the leasing process, from negotiation and documentation to renewals and tenant relations.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor retail trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (legal, finance, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless lease execution and tenant support.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare leasing reports, manage tenant data, and contribute to budget planning and revenue tracking.
  • Tenant Support: Facilitate tenant fit‑out processes and ensure adherence to mall guidelines.
Qualifications
