Job summary

A reputable property developer in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Inspector of Works (IOW) to supervise Civil & Structural activities on-site. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards while coordinating with contractors and consultants. Ideal candidates have a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and extensive experience in site supervision and inspections. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on timely project delivery and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in direct site supervision and inspection.
• Strong understanding of materials, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site Civil & Structural activities to ensure compliance.
• Conduct daily inspections to adhere to approved drawings and codes.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain records of site progress and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure safety adherence in all C&S activities.
