A leading property sales company in Johor Bahru seeks an Executive, Business Relationship. Responsibilities include managing leads, maintaining the sales gallery, preparing sales reports, and updating client status. Candidates must have a diploma or degree in relevant fields, with at least one year of experience, and proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin. An ideal candidate is a team player who is ready to work on weekends and public holidays.
To call leads and set appointments with prospects
To update prospects’ status in the lead management app
To update booking and loan status in the sales status report
To prepare incentive letters and all side letters for own bookings
To inform sales coordinator on buyer’s preferred SPA signing date
To ensure sales gallery and show unit is well maintained
To attend to leads generated by the marketing department, phone enquiries, business associate, VVIP and walk‑in customer professionally and close the sales
To record all calls and appointments daily and compile customer information record into the system
To arrange for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the lawyers
Prepare sales report to be submitted to Immediate Superior on weekly basis
To ensure functionality, cleanliness, and readiness of the showroom
Other tasks as assigned by sales managers
The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Business Management, Communication or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language(s): English, Malay and Mandarin (as role require to deal with mandarin speaking clients).
Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
Knowledge of legal and other requirements, and good environmental practices.
