Accountant (Property Development & Projects)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage financial reporting for property development and project operations.

- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, and SST.

- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for projects.

- Handle project costing, cash flow management, and progress claims.

- Work closely with project managers, auditors, and finance teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

Member of MIA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional body.

At least 3–5 years of experience in property development or project accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and SST.

Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).

Excellent analytical and communication skills.
