  • Maintain a deep understanding of Floor Depot flooring products and services, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve company objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and providing after-sales support.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress, manage leads, and generate reports.
Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the designated territory (Puchong and surrounding areas) to expand Floor Depot Retail Sdn Bhd’s customer base and market share.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their flooring requirements, preferences, and budget constraints, recommending suitable products and solutions from Floor Depot’s extensive catalog.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of Floor Depot’s flooring products to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including contractors, interior designers, and property developers, to secure project specifications and repeat business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring profitability and adherence to Floor Depot Retail Sdn Bhd’s sales policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction to foster long‑term loyalty and positive referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the company’s CRM system, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager on performance against targets.
