A leading retail mobility firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Acquisition Program Coordinator to support the growth and operational activities of its retail network. The successful candidate will coordinate meetings, provide administrative support, and track project progress while engaging with various stakeholders. A bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management are required. Strong proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools is essential.
The Shell Mobility & Convenience business is looking to invest and grow our retail network footprint sustainably in the next few years with specific focus on profitable and emerging/maturing market areas with strong customer demand.
The Acquisition Program Coordinator will be working very closely with the Network Planning, Real Estate and Engineering team to deliver fresh injection of New-to-Industry (NTI) or New-to-Shell (NTS) retail stations into the Shell Mobility & Convenience Malaysia’s network, governed by the following key principles:
Defend Network via timely and proactive acquisition initiation for sites at risk.
Grow Network via aggressive and tactical New-to-Shell (NTS) approach, focusing on quick-win conversion and OTP supported by leveraging new/unconventional prospecting channels.
Grow Network via conventional New-to-Industry (NTI) approach with balanced Capital-Light DODO models supplemented with strategic, impactful and sustainable CODO investment at primary and strong secondary market areas.
The Acquisition Program Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support to both the Acquisition Program and Network Planning team, ensuring smooth meeting/interfaces coordination between internal stakeholders and timely execution of acquisition-related and/or Planning activities.
This role is expected to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders (from Network Planning, Real Estate, Engineering to Mobility to colleagues from Sales & Operations, CR, Marketing, E-Mobility, Business Mobility/Fleet Solutions/CRT B2B), seeking input and alignment to a shared vision which is essential to the successful delivery of the Acquisition Program.
This job reports to the Mobility Network Planning Manager (NPM) and will be based in Menara Shell, Kuala Lumpur.
Coordinate regular Acquisition Program meeting cadences between relevant parties (Network Planning, Real Estate and L2 Partners).
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Acquisition Program team in terms of project progress tracking/reporting, document management etc.
Follow up on agreed action items derived from Acquisition Program meeting to drive consistent and ratable progress in acquisition activities.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Project Management, or relevant field.
