A technology company seeks a skilled Compensation & Benefits professional in Klang City, Malaysia. The successful candidate will manage payroll processes and annual compensation initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Ideal applicants have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in C&B. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS, along with strong analytical and organizational skills, is essential. Knowledge of UiPath and Power BI is a plus, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is mandatory.
Ensure the programs and systems related to the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) area meet the company's business strategies, procedures and policies as well as legal requirements and regulations.
Implement C&B programs in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
Analyze C&B market surveys, benchmark best C&B practices, fine‑tune existing HR‑related systems and/or propose new initiatives to strengthen company’s market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talent.
Provide feasibility study and project plans, drive for excellence execution of projects.
Ensure the timely and efficient management and accuracy of the monthly payroll process and be very hands‑on in Payroll Software. People Soft software hands on is an added advantage.
Manage staff attendance report and review about 3.5k of employees attendance.
Manage annual compensation projects and initiatives (e.g. bonus calculation, salary reviews, budgeting).
Manage annual performance appraisal and employee benefits (e.g. health / life / insurance, etc.).
Manage staff cost by providing regular analysis and key highlights to management.
Provide consultative advise to Business Partners / Line managers on all C&B matters.
Strong customer and people focus.
