Role Purpose

You will take charge of ensuring your team completes all projects within the agreed time and budget. You together with the team prevent scope creep while also managing individual task.

You Will

• Manage and drive multiple IT software projects and change requests, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution.
• Understand business needs, suggest ideas and maintain continuous communication with teams and vendors.
• Facilitate quick decision-making, solve problems on the go and keep everyone aligned on project goals and progress.
• Manage vendor delivery and quality.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations and provide clear and timely communication.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders and senior management, preparing approval papers for initiatives.
• Lead project teams to minimize defects during SIT/UAT/Production.
