Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in IT, preferably in healthcare, and a relevant diploma or degree. This role includes providing user support, troubleshooting, and participating in project planning and execution. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of working experience in the IT field, preferably with healthcare exposure.
  • Experience in Health Information Systems and ERP is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support users.

Responsibilities
