Job Description:

• Responsible for the sales contracts, conclude order/contracts, administer sales contract and collection of payment.
• Secure local sales to meet/exceed sales target.
• Identify market potentials, track market trend and product features for new market niche.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to create market awareness and increase sales.
• Review business plan and sales budget to achieve the required contributions and margin.
• Monitor project developments.
• Maintain high-level relationships with customers and develop business relationships with external partners.
• Monthly reporting of performance, which includes sales performance, action plan, order forecast, market information and environment, and customer service issues.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering) or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
• Prior industrial sales or marketing experience required.
• Possess leadership, analytical and good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Possess initiative and drive, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Able to work independently and deliver consistent quality work.
