A Malaysian recruitment company is seeking an ERP and MES Administrator for a full-time, on-site role in Simpang Ampat. Responsibilities include the deployment of systems, user support, and monitoring performance. Candidates should have a degree in IT or related fields and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with ERP/MES software and problem-solving skills are preferred. The position offers a basic salary and meal allowance.
CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM EMS BACKGROUND
Role Description
· This is a full-time, on-site role located in Simpang Ampat for an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Administrator. Implementation and Support ERP /MES:
· Assist in the deployment and implementation of new systems or system enhancements.
· Develop user training materials and provide user support as needed.
· Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Contribute to developing and maintaining system analysis methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
· 2 years of experience as a System analyst with strong technical and analysis, or a related role.
· Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
· Experience with system design methodologies and tools.
· Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in a specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, finance, healthcare).
· Experience with specific ERP/MES software applications or platforms relevant to the organization.
· Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
· Excellent in Problem Solving Methods
· This person must process expertise in ERP & MES systems. Familiar with Aegis and M2M systems is advantage.
Salary package include:
1)Basic salary
2)Meal allowance of RM4 /day
Office Hours: Monday - Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
