Job description

The PMO Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Project Management Office by ensuring consistent project governance, reporting, and delivery support across the organization’s portfolio. This role contributes to the successful execution of projects and programs by enabling transparency, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on project and program performance across the portfolio.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, dashboards, and governance artifacts.
  • Support the implementation and adherence to PMO frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
  • Coordinate governance forums including steering committees, project reviews, and status meetings.
  • Assist in resource planning, financial tracking, and benefits realization activities.
  • Provide support to in risk, issue, and change management.
  • Maintain PMO tools and systems (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Contribute to PMO process improvement initiatives and knowledge management.
