Job Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for manufacturing-related initiatives, including new product introduction (NPI), process optimization, and digital transformation.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, operations, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to meet strategic objectives.
• Implement best practices for project governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring delivery within cost and time constraints.
• Provide actionable insights through data analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• 15 years of experience in project management within advanced manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Familiar with CSA and MEP requirements for advanced manufacturing projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
