Qualifications

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the factory's full-process IT systems and hardware assets, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of IT support systems related to production and operation.

Responsibilities

1. Network Operation and Maintenance: Responsible for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization of the factory's WIFI network to ensure unobstructed network in all areas such as office areas and production workshops; handle the configuration, debugging and abnormal problems of network equipment (routers, switches, etc.).
2. Server Operation and Maintenance: Undertake the daily management of Windows Server series servers in the computer room, including the installation, configuration, monitoring, backup and fault repair of ERP servers, domain controller servers and database servers to ensure the stable operation of the servers.
3. Monitoring System Maintenance: Responsible for the full-process operation and maintenance of the CCTV monitoring system, including equipment inspection, screen debugging, fault maintenance (such as cameras, DVRs, etc.), to ensure full coverage of monitoring and normal storage of videos.
4. Hardware Asset Management: Manage the factory's computer equipment and other 3C electronic assets, including the full-life cycle management of equipment such as procurement acceptance, registration and entry, daily maintenance, fault repair and scrap disposal; establish and update the electronic asset ledger.
5. ERP System Support: Provide ERP system usage support for factory operators, including operation guidance, FAQ answers, data entry verification assistance, etc., to ensure the normal application of the ERP system in production, warehousing, logistics and other links.
6. IT Emergency Handling: Quickly respond to various IT sudden faults in the factory (such as network interruption, server downtime, equipment failure, etc.), formulate and implement emergency solutions to minimize the impact on production and operation.
7. Documentation and Communication: Establish and improve IT operation and maintenance related documents (such as equipment manuals, configuration schemes, fault handling records, etc.); regularly report the operation status of IT systems, the progress of operation and maintenance work and major problems to the IT Team Leader of Shanghai Headquarters.
8. Other Work: Complete other IT-related work assigned by the IT Team Leader of Shanghai Headquarters and the Admin Center.

Job Requirements

Educational Requirements

College degree or above, major in Computer Science and Technology, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields.

Work Experience Requirements

1. With 3 years or more of IT operation and maintenance related work experience; experience in IT operation and maintenance of manufacturing industry (preferably home appliance manufacturing industry) is preferred.
2. Have practical experience in independently responsible for enterprise network, Windows Server server, database and ERP system operation and maintenance.
3. Experience in installation, debugging and maintenance of CCTV monitoring system is preferred.

Core Skill Requirements

1. Network Technology: Familiar with TCP/IP protocol, with the ability of planning, deployment and troubleshooting of WIFI network and local area network; proficient in operating network equipment such as routers and switches.
2. Server Operation and Maintenance: Proficient in the installation, configuration and management of Windows Server operating system (2016 and above versions); familiar with the setting and maintenance of domain controllers and group policies.
3. Database Foundation: Familiar with the basic operation and maintenance of common databases such as SQL Server、PostgreSQL (backup, recovery, simple query optimization).
4. Hardware Maintenance: Have the ability of fault diagnosis and maintenance of 3C electronic equipment such as computers, printers and monitoring equipment.
5. ERP System: Understand the basic architecture and operation process of manufacturing ERP systems (such as SAP, Monitor ERP, etc.), and be able to independently provide operation support for end users.
6. Emergency Handling: Have strong IT fault emergency response ability, and be able to quickly locate problems and formulate solutions.
7. Language Ability: Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with both Shanghai headquarters and local Malaysian teams.
8. Others: Responsible and rigorous in work, with strong independent work ability and problem-solving ability; able to adapt to the working environment of manufacturing factories.
