Job description

This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks related to procurement, customer service, accounting, and inventory management. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by liaising with management, customers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily customer delivery documents and handle shipping arrangements, including FedEx exports.
  • Manage purchasing activities: issue purchase orders and communicate with suppliers (tools, materials, coatings, subcontractors, etc.).
  • Handle tools and materials inventory: data entry for inbound/outbound items.
  • Perform accounting tasks: input daily expenses and prepare customer statements.
  • Conduct monthly and yearly processing: overtime calculations and account audits.
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers on orders, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Requirement
    • 2 years of experience of Admin, sales support (Fresh Graduates can apply if he/she have Japanese skills)
    • Language: Japanese skills (Above N3)
