Qualificações
- Proven working experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Physically fit and willing to travel or work on-site when required.
Responsabilidades
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment/machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
- Respond to customer service calls and provide on-site technical support.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.
- Assist in testing, calibration, and upgrading of equipment when required.
- Provide basic training or guidance to customers on equipment operation.
