🔑 Your Role
🔹 1. Customer Engagement & Account Management
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and technical requirements.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provide product information, quotations, and follow-ups.
🔹 2. Technical & After-Sales Support

Because the company deals with technical products (power supplies and repair services), sales staff may also:

  • Explain technical features of products or services to customers.
  • Coordinate with technical/repair teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Help arrange service, calibration, or repair support when required.
🔹 3. Market & Product Feedback
  • Collect market and customer feedback to help the company improve offerings or strategies.
  • May assist in reporting sales performance and trends to management.
🔹 4. Sales-Related Administration
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Track sales pipeline and update company systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, support) to deliver on customer orders.
