Engineer, Production (Mechanical/Electrical Preferred)

Johor Bahru Flour Mill Sdn Bhd has been operating in Prai Industrial Area since 1987 and is one of the pioneer factories in Prai Industrial Area. Combining with other companies within FFM Berhad's Group, we are the leading edible wheat flour manufacturers in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor mill performance and maintain optimal mill balance.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the senior miller and mill technician.
• Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the plant.
• Review and verify production documentation and checklists for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and implement process efficiency improvements within the mill.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve plant operation stoppages and equipment breakdowns.
• Monitor, assess equipment condition to ensure optimal performance and prevent failures.
• Ensure production staff adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety work procedures.
• Source suppliers and obtain quotations for necessary materials and services.
• Contributes to production order management and planning.
• Ensures production complies with all applicable food safety standards.
• Develop and implement plans for wheat conditioning and flour milling processes.
