Job Description:

As the Quality Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality inspection team, implementing quality control processes, and ensuring all products meet internal and external standards. Your role involves daily supervision, problem-solving, and maintaining quality documentation while enforcing 6S practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and allocate tasks to the Quality Inspection Department staff.
• Supervise daily work activities of IQC, IPQC, and OQC inspectors.
• Organize and monitor quality checks at various production stages (incoming, in-process, outgoing).
• Handle nonconformities: reporting, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions.
• Guide and train new team members and ensure inspection standards are followed.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of quality inspection instruments and fixtures.
• Implement and maintain 6S practices within the department.
• Coordinate with the production team on quality-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for all quality-related data.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality supervision or management in a medium to large manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 quality systems.
• Proficient in handling quality tools, inspection techniques, and quality reporting.
• Experience with quality control instruments and test fixtures.
• Familiar with 6S implementation and monitoring.
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills.
