Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line operations including manpower, capacity, efficiency, delivery, quality, process, training, and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to production and shipment plans, while prioritizing and adjusting schedules as necessary.
• Identify and implement process improvements and countermeasures to address bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues such as material shortages or quality concerns.
• Lead team meetings to communicate SOPs, company policies, and quality alerts to leaders and operators.
• Manage, train, assess, and motivate employees, including handling performance appraisals, payroll input, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with Work Instructions (WI), OSHA standards, and company quality policies.
• Support the Production Manager in department planning, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements
