Job Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathe and milling machines to produce stainless steel components with high precision and efficiency

Read and interpret mechanical and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to maintain optimal performance

Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards

Maintain accurate records of production output and quality control

Work closely with the R&D and QA departments to identify improvement areas

Implement process enhancements for better accuracy, consistency, and efficiency

Key Requirements

• Age: 25-45 years old
• Education: Tertiary qualification (preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related field)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on CNC machining experience
• Skills: Familiar with stainless steel machining
• Additional: Ability to troubleshoot and maintain CNC machinery
• Language: Mandarin-speaking preferred (for team coordination and documentation)

Location: Senai

Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM8,000 (based on experience)
