A multinational manufacturing company in Pulau Indah, Klang, is seeking a Procurement Executive to assist in sourcing materials, tracking stock levels, and maintaining supplier communication. Job description

We are representing our client, a multinational manufacturing company based in Pulau Indah, Klang. As our client is expanding, they are looking for Procurement Executive to join their team.

Job Description:

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials needed for production, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Support in tracking stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Help maintain communication with suppliers to follow up on orders, deliveries, and basic coordination tasks.
• Assist in comparing quotes and gathering price information to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Ensure procurement documents and processes follow company guidelines and basic regulatory requirements.
• Help collect and organize purchasing data to support reporting and simple analysis for the procurement team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Production and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Open to all qualified candidates with experience in inventory management (inclusive wording to avoid bias)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement and inventory management within the manufacturing sector
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP or ERP System for procurement and inventory management

Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
