Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team during project development, trial run build until MP stage.
• Work with internal departments to monitor all required material, fixture are ordered and track material delivery status.
• Provide progress reports, problem-solving suggestions, and requirements documents.
• Coordinate with customers for project-related matters.
• Leading team with monitoring products which must meet trial run expectations, products quality requirements and report any issues detected during trial run build.
• Establish project, requirements, priorities and deadlines.
• Resolve issue not limited to the project development stage only and include issues raised after mass production which undetected during development and the production team unable to resolve.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on project development progress, including project milestone schedule, APQP, project flow chart, performance and customer satisfaction levels.
• Any ad-hosts tasks assign by manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
• Fresh graduate candidates are welcome to apply.
