• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipment of goods.Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and timely updates in the system.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Generate warehouse performance reports and support budgeting and process improvement initiatives.

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational needs.

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 20 feet.

May require local travel; valid drivers license preferred.
