- 5+ years of experience in operations or high growth start-up in logistics or delivery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Proactive and capable of leading projects independently.

- Drive delivery performance and ensure service levels meet SLAs.
- Partner with teams to build features and tools for merchant needs.
- Own KPI dashboards and performance reviews for regional operations.
