We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will become part of our DevOps team, working together with team members to make our products best in class. You will be part of a team responsible for critical DHL Express platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-directed, a team player, and passionate about resolving new challenging tasks. The team is dealing with various projects, including development of new features, upgrades of EOSL components, removing security vulnerabilities, and migrations to cloud.

Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java Springboot - based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop responsive web applications using React and other front-end technologies.
• Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) for application deployment and scaling.
• Provide technical guidance, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA, to define project goals and priorities.

Independence and Ownership:

• Work independently to drive technical initiatives and solve complex problems.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Share knowledge and promote innovation within the team.

You should have:

• Strong customer-centric mindset
• Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
• Knowledge of APIs: SOAP, REST, XML/XSD, JSON
• Knowledge of databases: Oracle and Postgres preferred.
• Good knowledge of any Cloud Infrastructure, processes, setup, and technologies, particularly Azure Cloud.
• Knowledge of shipping processes/logistics flow will be an advantage

• Ability to work independently, self-motivation, and self-confidence
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Any Testing Certification considered an advantage
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
