We are seeking a Customs Compliance Executive to manage customs clearance processes, including declaration preparation, regulatory compliance, and process control for import and export shipments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, in-depth knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations, and the ability to guide and supervise teams, manage people effectively, and ensure compliance in a fast‑paced environment.

• Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs regulations, HS codes, and permit requirements.
• Guide and supervise team members on customs processes and compliance standards.
• Implement process controls to maintain efficiency and prevent errors.
• Monitor and verify documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance and on time submission.
• Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, and internal teams to resolve clearance issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of customs procedures and regulatory changes.
• Identify and address discrepancies or non‑compliance in documentation and processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for customs processes and systems.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customs clearance, documentation, and compliance procedures.
• Experience in supervising and managing people.
• In‑depth knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Familiarity with Malaysian Customs System and permit application processes.
• Preferably certified with Kursus Ejen Kastam (KEK).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and people management skills for guiding teams and liaising with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet time‑sensitive deadlines.
• Hands‑on approach with ability to enforce compliance and process control.
