Dify Trade Enterprise is seeking an Events Crew to join our dynamic team in Jelutong, Penang. As part of our Events department, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of a wide range of exciting events and experiences. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant, creative environment and contribute to the company's growth within the events industry.

Event Operations

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on‑site logistics (furniture, décor, signage, AV equipment, staging, etc.)
• Ensure event spaces are organized, safe, and visually appealing
• Support event coordinators, vendors, performers, and clients during events
• Help monitor guest flow and overall event experience
• Maintain inventory of event materials and equipment

Social Media & Marketing

• Capture photos and videos before, during, and after events
• Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, captions, hashtags)
• Support content scheduling, audience engagement, and platform monitoring
• Promote upcoming events across all channels to increase attendance and visibility
• Assist in gathering testimonials, reviews, and user‑generated content

What we’re looking for

• Enthusiasm and a passion for the events industry
• Experience in event setup, logistics, and operations (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to communicate in Chinese, English, and Malay
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime as needed
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Ability to lift/move event equipment and work on your feet for extended periods
