A private educational institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking dedicated and passionate teachers for its primary and secondary school team. We are looking for dedicated and passionate teachers to join our primary and secondary school team. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, guiding students’ academic and character development, and maintaining a positive and safe learning environment. This role requires patience, creativity, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for education.
Teachers are expected to plan and deliver effective lessons based on the school curriculum, using a variety of teaching methods that suit different learning styles. They will monitor students’ academic progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students’ emotional and behavioural development. Teachers must maintain classroom discipline, prepare lesson plans and assessments, and ensure all records such as attendance and student reports are accurate. They will also communicate with parents, participate in meetings, trainings, co‑curricular activities, and work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold high teaching standards and contribute to a positive school culture.
Candidates should have at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field. Strong communication skills in English and Malay are required. The ideal teacher is responsible, patient, disciplined, and motivated to help students grow academically and personally. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but teaching experience is an advantage. Candidates must be able to work well with students, parents, and staff, and be committed to fulfilling both academic and co‑curricular duties.
Salary: RM 1,700 to RM 2,300 per month
Basic benefits include annual and medical leave, EPF & SOCSO contributions, and access to training workshops to enhance teaching skills. Staff will also receive co‑curricular allowance or duty allowance where applicable, as well as opportunities for career growth within the school.
