Responsibilities
Assist in Event Coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of roadshows, events, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in setting up booths, managing event logistics, and distributing promotional materials.
  • Ensure smooth operations during events and roadshows, assisting attendees and resolving minor issues.
  • Assist in coordinating team building activities, including venue arrangements, participant registration, and on-site support.
Promotion Activities
  • Help to create and implement marketing strategies to boost event attendance and engagement.
  • Assist in the design, distribution, and monitoring of promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and social media content.
Customer Support
  • Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about ongoing promotions or events.
  • Redirect calls to relevant team members when necessary, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Administrative Assistance
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team by helping with event documentation, scheduling, and report preparation.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Support coordination and preparation for site visits, including logistics planning, briefing materials, and assistance during the visit.
