- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent losses and discrepancies.
- Implement warehouse processes and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Handle warehouse-related reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics for management review.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations, including handling claims or discrepancies.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within a logistics provider environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics operations.
- Proven experience managing a team and improving warehouse efficiency.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
