Join our dynamic team at ELK-DESA CAPITAL SDN BHD as a Field Visit Officer. This full‑time role in Kuala Lumpur involves conducting field visits and collecting payments from our customers. As a key member of our Collections team, you will play a crucial part in our company's success.

What you'll be doing

• Visit houses/commercial premises and collect relevant information.


• Obtain new information from the visiting effort (e.g. new contact number / new addresses).


• Assist the collection team’s arrangement with customers when required.


• Be involved in outstation collection arrangements with customers.


• Create plans and strategies to obtain results.


• Close monitoring and follow‑up of delinquent accounts in each bucket.


• Provide favorable solutions to customers.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
