Job summary

A fleet management company in Penang is seeking a full-time executive with a diploma in accounting and finance. The role involves preparing invoices, handling accounts, managing corporate tax, and performing payroll calculations. Candidates should have accounting knowledge and experience with accounting systems, with a minimum salary of RM 2,500 per month. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English is necessary, while knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.

Job description

Main Job Scope

• Prepare and submit invoices (based on PO/JO)
• Assist with general office administration (filing, correspondence, etc.)
• Handle full set of accounts
• Manage corporate tax matters
• Perform payroll calculations including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and pro‑ra‑ta where necessary
• Prepare tax reports upon request
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Prepare accounting summaries and reports
