Job Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business processes across outlets and departments.
  • Monitor stock, orders, and logistics coordination to maintain efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports, data analysis, and documentation for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, sales, customer service, HR) to resolve operational issues.
  • Participate in the implementation of SOPs, process improvements, and compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure workplace safety, regulatory adherence, and company policy compliance within operations.
  • Provide support for events, projects, or campaigns that require operational coordination.
  • Handle inquiries from outlets, vendors, or partners in a professional and timely manner.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP or reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience or internship in operations, supply chain, or business support will be an added advantage.
