  • Identify and implement best‑practice financial processes and controls to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance the quality and timeliness of financial data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate regional financial reporting (statutory, management, and regulatory) delivered to European HQ under IFRS/US GAAP and local reporting standards.
  • Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning cycles, providing strategic financial analysis and performance insights to the CEO/MD and HQ leadership.
  • Own the regional financial control environment (e.g., SOX compliance if applicable) and manage regional tax, audit, and legal compliance in collaboration with Group functions.
  • Manage relationships between APAC regional leadership, local finance teams, and European HQ, ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategic and operational priorities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is mandatory. An MBA or Master's degree is highly desirable.

    • Proficiency with large‑scale ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial consolidation/reporting tools (Hyperion, Anaplan).
  • Skills:
